As a fellowship of Loris First Baptist Church (LFBC) women, LASE serves, encourages, and builds strong relationships among women, the church family, and our Loris community.

L.A.S.E. promotes Southern Baptist Church offerings such as:

• Janie Chapman (Fall)
• Lottie Moon International Mission (December)
• Annie Armstrong North American (Spring)
• Samaritan’s Purse-Operation Christmas Child

Other L.A.S.E. Activities:

Create projects locally for shut-ins, nursing homes, adult daycare centers, local school's teacher appreciation, Christmas projects, and Bethesda House (home for unwed mothers).

Sewing Ministry: We dust off those sewing machines and join together for fellowship and fun! This is an amazing opportunity to take part in sewing for various charities and mission projects.  Material and patterns are provided.  Just bring some thread, pins, and scissors and let the fun begin!  If your machine isn’t portable, but you’d still like to participate, there will be a couple of extra machines available.

There are a lot of opportunities out there that are just waiting for your skills, as a beginner or as a long-time seamstress. Everyone is invited to join our sewing fellowship ministry, whether you are a pro or just starting out, we would love for you to join us.
